Marcia Ellen Stafford

 

Marcia Ellen Stafford passed away in her home on October 27, 2023. She was born in Seattle, WA and attended Queen Anne High School. Growing up Marcia spent many happy years in Bellingham and on Sinclair Island.

Marcia was generous to a fault and loved to spoil those she loved.

She will be missed immensely by her dear friends and family.

A private memorial will be held in the summer of 2024.
