Despite his young age, Zane had a lot to give the world. He was a caring, compassionate person who always put others before himself. He was known for being a humble, gentle, and smart human with a joy and talent for music, cooking, writing, skateboarding, and surfing. He had created a beautiful life in north Seattle with Laurelle LaCasse, his girlfriend, who he was excited to build a future with, along with their two cats. He will be deeply missed by many.

Rest easy son, brother, friend, until we meet again.

He is survived by David Graham (father), Carolyn Doe (mother), Aisha Graham (sister), Angela Stange (sister), Rose Graham (step mother), Ryan Parks (step brother), and Laurelle LaCasse (girlfriend).’

Zane was a truly caring and wonderful person. During my time living in the PNW, I was able to be lucky enough to have a few very meaningful conversations and memories that will never be forgotten.

I met Zane a number of years ago when he formed a band, Dust Mice, with my son Patrick Seick. He was a kind, caring and easy going guy. He was always so kind with me, an old lady. I cannot imagine a world without him. My condolences to his family.

Many years have passed since I last saw or spoke with Zane. Growing up together in Genesee, though, we shared many summer days adventuring together. When I think of Zane, I will remember his kindness, skateboarding talents, childhood love of pirates, wide smile, and polite nature.
