Denise Jensen passed away on January 28, 2021 at Swedish Hospital Seattle Washington with her husband Colin by her side after a short battle with cancer. Denise returned home to her Heavenly Father, her Savior Jesus Christ, her mother and her grandparents.

Denise had a great faith, love and belief in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.  She read from the Bible and enjoyed sharing the scriptures she had studied.

Denise was born in Spokane, Washington on April 9th, 1969 to her birth mom Candace Moen. She grew up and spent her teenage years in Moses Lake WA with her parents Elden and Jenene Jensen, her grandparents and her siblings.  Denise grew up on a farm and experienced the many joys of farm life.  She loved animals, especially dogs (stray dogs for sure!).  She never liked getting her hands dirty, so weeding on the farm was not something she appreciated.

Denise had many challenges in life but she was a fighter and didn’t give up.  She survived breast cancer and battled autoimmune diseases.  She loved her family, especially her husband Colin and her daughter Summer. Denise was especially proud of her daughter and all of her accomplishments.

Denise was an avid fan of the Seattle Mariners. Denise enjoyed watching Mariner games with her husband Colin. Denise loved the outdoors, Mexican food, and was a great cook.  Denise worked as a phlebotomist, pathologist assistant, office bookkeeper and assistant, cashier, and customer service/sales representative.

Denise is survived by her husband Colin Caskey of Seattle, WA, daughter Summer Jensen of Portland, OR, father Elden Jensen of Moses Lake, WA, brother LaVar Jensen of Sneads Ferry, NC, brother Howard Jensen of Prosser, WA, and sister MalaRee Jarvis of Kenmore, WA.  Denise will be missed by her family and those that loved her.

A memorial service will be held on June 19, 2021, 10:00am, at Pioneer Memorial Services, Moses Lake WA.
