Wanda Lee O’Brien went to be with the Lord on June 17, 2020.  Wanda was born October 31, 1943 in Bremerton Washington to Eunice Rusten and Arthur Roth.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Eunice (mother) and Ralph McGough (step-dad), and Arthur Roth (father), Sally Roth (sister) and her two children Wendy Heming and Timothy Heming.

She is survived by her son Tony Heming, daughter in-law Jennifer Heming, Siblings Chuck Roth and Trudy Potts, daughter in-law Jennifer Jones (Tim) and her grandchildren Anthony, Lucas, Bryan, Nicole, Zachary and Kieran.

Wanda loved her children, grandchildren and all her family.  She also loved all animals and frequently helped take care of the hungry stray cats in the neighborhood. Wanda was also a Carmelite in the Catholic Church.  She felt fulfilled with God in her heart and in her prayers.  Wanda also had a way with words and wrote poems which have been published.

We remember her sweet smile with those adorable dimples, the twinkle in her eye, her easy laugh and the fun times we got to share with her.  We will miss her.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later time.
