Terri lived in Kenmore, WA.  She worked at Harbor Square Athletic Club in Edmonds, WA for 24 years where she loved her job, the people there, and they loved her.

She very much enjoyed her music and writing cards and letters to her family and friends. Terri had an amazing memory and always remembered everyone’s birthdays. She loved pets and animals, going to arts and county fairs, her niece’s plays, and riding go karts with her dad.

Terri is survived by her mother and step-father, Janene (Jan) and Ralph Givens, her father and step-mother Bob and Shireen Stout, her brother and sister-in-law Greg and Jennifer Stout, and her nephew and niece Cameron and Jamie Stout. Also her devoted caregiver Theresa Sanders.

She will be deeply missed by all with love.

Memorial possibly to follow at a later time.

Terri will be missed. I worked with her at HSAC for many years. She never forgot my birthday or a Christmas card. She knew all my kids names and eventually their spouses and my grandchild. Bless her in heaven❤️

I remember when Terri was in the DESA Summer Program. I was her job coach. It began her lifetime career at Harbor Square. She evolved from an extremely quiet young girl to a confident woman. She was thoughtful beyond words, always made people feel valued. I will so miss our visits in the lobby at Harbor Square and my Christmas cards.
You will be dearly missed. ❤️

So sad to hear the news of Terri’s passing. She was so nice, always going out of her way to say hi to me and my little dog Sookie every time she saw us at the club. Her kindness and smile will be missed.
