Elroy Orrin Knoshaug

Elroy (Roy) Orrin Knoshaug aged 89 years old passed away March 12th, 2020 in hospice care at home after a long illness.  He was born in Stanley, North Dakota and grew up in Monroe, Washington.  He was drafted into the army and served in Korea during the Korean War, attended Everett Junior College and was a machinist by profession.

Roy enjoyed playing football during high school, the army and junior college and watching college football.  He also enjoyed camping, fishing and gardening.

He is survived by his wife Joan Montague Knoshaug of 64 years, daughter Suzanne Knoshaug of Bothell, his sister and brother-in-law Carolyn and Mike Boler of Mukilteo and nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Clara Knoshaug, daughter Karen Knoshaug, sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and George Nelson.

No funeral services are planned and donations may be made to your favorite food bank.
