Gerald “Thor” Ray Brown, age 62, died unexpectedly yet peacefully in his sleep on the morning of October 28, 2018.

Gerald is survived by Krista, his wife and partner of over 30 years, as well as his two sons Calvin and Curtis. He also parts with his beloved nephews Tylor and Brandon, whom he loved as his own children.

Born to adoptive parents and Boeing mechanics Ray and Helen, Gerry had a love for all things tinkering instilled in him at a young age. He further nurtured this talent over the four years he proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy, during which time he went on some of the most fondly remembered adventures of his life.

As a family man, friend, and self proclaimed salty old cob of the roofing world, Thor was larger than life, accepted no compromise or “half assery”, and if you took the time to read between the lines even a little, one of the kindest, most gentle-hearted souls you will ever meet.
