Valdete Ferrete de Jesus

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Valdete Ferrete de Jesus, passed away Sunday, October 8th at the age of 83, after a long battle with Huntington’s Disease.

Valdete was born in Salvador, Brazil, where she raised her 5 children. Valdete enjoyed singing, dancing and cooking. Anyone who knew Valdete knew how much she loved to dance. She will be remembered in everyone’s heart as the “Queen of the Dance Floor”.

Valdete is survived by her five children: Armando, Roberto, Graca, Dayse and Debora, and her seven grandchildren: Fabio, Emme, Schonach, Tony, Dyllan, Tiffany and Emily and her three great-grandchildren: Denise, Quincy and Jade.
