Janie, I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Yoon’s passing. I have but fond memories of him working on the Oncology unit of St.Francis Hospital. He was very smart and dedicated to his patients. I worked with him (am a RN) from 1981 till he left in 1998. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

This great doctor did save my life. We had a friendship patient relationship for years in Beechgrove Indiana. He got me into Mayo Clini almost immediately for 5 days. I have a great doctor now but since he left I have missed having him for my doctor. I am sorry for family colleagues and friends.

I often remember special people around the holiday’s and this year I happened to look up Dr. Yoon and I’m saddened to read of his passing. This kind and generous man was a client and was so understanding and supportive when I was a new manager. I’ll never forget his kindness and hope he rests in peace.
