Richard A. Brooking

Richard A. Brooking passed away peacefully in his sleep on Dec. 13, 2015. Richard was born in 1934, in Livingston, Montana. He attended Montana State university and graduated from the University of Montana. After college, he moved to Seattle, where he got a job with Boeing, from which he retired in 1990. In 1960, Richard married Janet A. Thurber, from Albany Oregon. He remained a faithful and loving husband for over 55 years. Richard is also survived by his son, Arthur Brooking, and his daughter, Amy Brooking Gregory, both live with their families in Washington. A spring memorial service will be held at Northminster Presbyterian church where Richard was a member for over 49 years.
