Donald Wallace of Edmonds, WA, passed away peacefully at home on May 25, 2015.

 

Don was born in Seattle on November 28, 1938, to Benjamin and Mary (Foley) Wallace. He grew up in Ballard, and graduated from O’Dea High School in 1956. He married Beverly Quirk in 1966, and together they raised 3 children.

 

Don worked at Seafirst Bank, and later owned and operated Sports Replay in Lynwood. He was an avid Seattle sports fan and outdoorsman, who enjoyed hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, traveling, playing soccer, and coaching his kid’s various sports teams. Don enjoyed sharing these activities with his family, his many friends, and his faithful canine companions. He was loved by all who knew him, and will be missed.

 

He leaves behind his wife, Beverly, his sister, Lois (Fred) Fenske, his children; Jay (Lisa) Wallace, Brian (Nicole) Wallace, and Jill Wallace; and two granddaughters; Emily and Greta.
