Becca certainly was fearless, brave and nurturing. She was also a lot of fun! I always enjoyed sharing a few laughs with her. Even as she struggled with her illness, every time I spoke with her she was upbeat and positive. She is an inspiration to me. My heartfelt condolences go out to her parents who cared for her for so long and her brother. My heart goes out in particular to the love of her life, Chris, and the joy of her life, Christopher. My heart breaks…but I have to say I love the ocean and tropical themes. Rest in peace my friend!

Rebecca fought a long and brave battle. I will always remember the sweet little blonde girl that her Uncle Fred and I would take out while at Loyola in New Orleans. She was so cute. I know she is at her new peaceful home with her dear Uncle Fred now. Thoughts and prayers to the Steine and Forrest Family.
With my sincerest sympathy and love

My brave daughter-in-law…through all your pain you managed to keep your sense of humor and your love for your family out there for all to see. I remember when you married Chris you began calling me Mommy which is what I called my own Mother. Thank you for that.
