He leaves to mourn wife Carmen Howard of Seattle W. stepchildren Dee Tucker, Roman Mitchell, Cleveland Howard, adopted children Monique L, Monique S, Salina, and Ebony Howard.
From first marriage, children Kayleen Williams, Nyla Johnson, Jeffrey(Lacretia), Romund(Sandra) and William Howard. Brother Cleo Howard of Portland,Oregon. A host of grandchildren, greatgrand child, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
We love you Henry.

We read the notice in the Oregonian today and offer our sincerest condolences to Henry’s family. Henry grew up with my brother,cousins and friends in South Portland, and we [including his brothers joe and Cleo] spent time together at Failing School and the Neighborhood House community center. Again, our best to the family of Henry, and rest his soul in peace.
I READ OF HENRY’S PASSING IN THE OREGONIAN. SO SORRY…I GREW UP IN SOUTHWEST PORTLAND AND REMEMBER HENRY, JOE AND CLEO( THE DANCER)FROM FAILING SCHOOL, THE NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE AND DUNAWAY PARK.
