Ann Barbara (Nelson) Walters

Our beloved Ann Walters passed away on July 18th, 2011.  She was 95 years old.  Born in Cleveland, Ohio July 26, 1915, Ann is survived by daughters: Joan Withycombe and husband Bill of Torrance, California;   Judy Nelson of Kirkland, Washington;  Linda Hart and husband Randy of Kirkland, Washington.  She is also survived by four grandsons, Scott Withycombe, wife Kim and great-granddaughter Peyton of Algonquin, Illinois;  Mark Withycombe, wife Cheryl and great-granddaughter Emma of Libertyville, Illinois;  Jay Hart of Bellingham, Washington, John Hart and wife Suzanne of Kirkland, Washington.

Ann lived many years in Mentor, Ohio prior to moving to Kirkland, Washington in 2002.  Volunteering at Lake Hospital West in Painesville, Ohio brought her great joy and many friends.  She was an avid reader and during her more recent years loved playing card games and shopping for her family on the computer.

Her sense of humor and zest for life will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
