I met Connie at Kirkland Lodge. She was a wonderful person. I always looked forward to seeing her each day when I came to work. There were nights that I filled in as a resident assistant and this is where I learned more about Connie. I would wait for the call that she was ready for bed. We had our routine; goofing around and joking with each other. Did anyone know that she hated her pillow? I told her that I would trade with her anytime she was ready.
She didn’t like anyone fussing over her, I did it anyways.
We both lost a love one at a young age, and would talk about it some. Connie was a great support when needed.
I will miss her very much.
