Kim was a wonderful man…we’ve lost a funny, gentle, kind soul!
We enjoyed spending time occasionally with Kim and his family back in his school days. Kim was a delightful young fellow who as we recall was rarely seen without a smile. Once he was on his own, we still enjoyed hearing of Kims activities from his parents.
Kim will surely be missed by all who’s lives he has touched.
Hi Gale. Our deepest sympathy to you, Ashley and all your family. We are so sorry for your loss and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Jamie and John
Kim was a great co-worker, and most importantly, a great friend. I only got to know Kim the last 7 years of his life, but he made a great impression. He was always willing to help out at work, and always looked forward to our tailgating adventures. Even after Kim was diagnosed, he made it a priority to attend as many Seahawk games as he could. I’ll always remember his huge grin, as we would drive to the games in the fire engine. He especially enjoyed the reactions of people going to the games. Kim will be missed dearly.
Kim was a great friend and co-worker for 17 years, He was always happy to help and a friend to everyone, He loved his sports and music and sharing stories of trips to The Gorge. His big heart and his big voice will always be remembered.
Kim was a kind soul and in the 6 years as our manager there were never harsh words to any of his bakery crew or co-workers. Kim could talk a bluestreak,I will miss his stories.
We will truly miss Kim. Kim came to work for me when he was 18 years old and stayed 10 years. We became good friends and even roommates for a short time. He was like a little brother. We will miss him dearly.
Dear George Family,
I am a very good friend of long ago. Dennnis and I grew up in the same town and church in ND. Then later had the pleasure of getting to know Alice. My late husband and I met Kim at the bakery several years ago when we were in WA. Also met Ashley one evening when the five of us went out to dinner and then came back to our motorhome to visit. I know you will miss Kim very much – may the memories you have of him sustain and comfort you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear George’s–spring training baseball games in AZ won’t be the same without Kim. We treasure our memories of time with Kim, Dennis, and Alice, burgers at our house later or a trip to the local Chinese restaurant. Kim was a good guy. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Kim was always the guy that kept the conversation rolling. I was always a good listener with him. He was a great guy and I was looking forward to growing old with him as a friend. Tragically he had to move on before his time. He will truly be missed. Our prayers and thoughts go out to Gale, Ashley, family and friends.
Thinking of you at this difficult time. Our prayers are with you all. Enjoyed talking with Kim at the mailbox and hearing about the games he’d been to. Sorry that we’ll miss the celebration on Saturday
I will miss Kim and Love him forever. I worked with him in the bakery the last 6 years, we enjoyed many laughs together and made a great team. He is dearly missed. My prayers are with you. God Bless your family.

Gail and Ashley,
So sorry to hear of Kim’s passing. I will always remember Kim as a great team mate and upbeat person. I loved having him on the Blue Rocks and we will all miss him.
So sorry for your loss, just found out today. Went up to the bakery hoping to run into Kim today, and order a cake. He was a good friend in Elementary and Jr High School. We had a lot of fun back when we were young.
Hello,
A few months ago I set up a facebook page for classmates that were no longer with us. I just posted the information about Kim’s death on the site. If you want to view the comments feel free to join. My son died about eight years ago, would have liked to have known more about his school days myself. Hard one to believe, it’s hard not to think about the years we hung out together.
