Joey Allen Carter, age 49 of Lake Stevens Washington, passed away on January 3rd, in Everett Washington.
Born on September 30th, 1976 in Edmonds Washington, Joe was the son of James and Kathryn Carter.
He spent his life outdoors working the majority of his career in outdoor maintenance. Joey’s hobbies included playing guitar, tinkering on cars and spending time with his sons any way he could.
Joey is survived by BriAnna Carter and his sons Drew and Jayden Carter, his nephew Calvin Carter, his Uncle, Charles Carter and his cousins, Randy, Rick, Ron and Rod Carter and their families. He is also survived by his loving Mother and Father in law, Gayle and Mark Ingraham. He was preceded in death by his father, James Carter, his mother, Kathryn Carter and his brother Micheal Carter.
A celebration of life will be held on January 17th at 1pm at The Lake Stevens Senior Center.
Joey will be remembered for his quiet calming presence as well as his unwavering devotion and love for his family, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dearest Brianna and boy’s there are no words I can say to express the pain you are all feeling. we are all deeply sad for your loss..We have spent alot of years knowing and loving Joey and you all💔Joey was a gentleman always! He will be deeply missed.😇🥲 R.I.P Joey
