What an amazing man! Such a huge part of our family. When I was a little girl I thought Steve had hung the moon and I would marry him someday…I didn’t lol but I did marry a man who is very much like him. I remember picking the cherries off the tree in his front yard and that he use to throw handfuls of change on the floor and watch me and my sisters scramble to pick up the change to keep. Steve use to tease me by responding “so” to everything I said to him and it would aggravate the heck out of me. This man has a special part of my heart. He will be missed.
Steve, his sister Kathy and I would meet at the Alderwood Mall 7:30am and walk the 3 miles around the mall, window shop, then coffee at Starbucks.
It was a great way to start the day. Steve always easy to talk to.l great sense of humor. I enjoyed his Harley and navy stories, what it takes to maintain a golf community coarse.
