Anna L. Van Pelt

Anna L. Van Pelt ( Mullins ) married her true love L.D. in June of 1950 when she was 25 years old.  She was born in Chicago on Oct. 8th,  1924.  She passed away Oct.  21,  2010 at the age of 86.  She was a very Devoted and Beloved Mother of six children.  Her son Ernie, was there for her the past ten years.  He researched her medical ailments and fought to get her the best care she could have!  We are very grateful that our brother was very smart for our Mothers’ needs and for his constant care all these years. He found the Best Adult Sound Living Home in Des Moines, WA. the past six years.  Olga’s like a sister/ daughter to our mother for her loving care too. Anna loved children.  She was always home taking care of her children and then her grandchildren.  She always followed her children across country to be with them and her grandchildren. We all had a wonderful life with her hearty laugh and big hugs.  She was honest, never complained and was a very strong proud woman.  Her six children: Lois, Ernest, Lawrence, Vinita, ( Husband, Tony ), John,  Mike ( Wife, Sharon ).  7 Grandchildren:  Joel, Benjamin, Joshua, Lawrence,  Pamela,  J.J.( Wife Jacki ), &  Ryan.   3  Great Grandchildren: Jaylah,  Bubba, & Jozee.

Viewings will be at Barton Funeral Homes  11630 Slater Ave. N.E. Suite A  Kirkland on Tues. Oct. 26, at noon to 2p.m. and Weds. Oct. 27, at 7p.m. to 9p.m.
