Beverly Marie Boyle
Beverly was married Aug. 18, 1957 to Jerry Lee Boyle.
She had her first daughter, Sarah, the next year at the age of 16. She had 9 by the age of 27. Her only son, Andrew, was the 8th child. We often joked that we had to move to Kentucky to get him.
Her son and daughter and one of her grandsons, Christopher, preceded her to heaven. She is survived by 7 daughters, Elisabeth, Naomi, Joanna, Deborah, Rebecca, Mary, and Susanna. 21 natural grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren and many more extended family who were woven into the fabric of the family. Mom was the oldest of 9 children. She is also survived by 2 sisters and 5 brothers. She will be missed by all the family and friends.
Mom gave her life to God when she was very young. She raised her children to serve God. She was all about family and cherished every moment she had with them. Her biggest desire was that she would see each of her loved ones in heaven. She held her oldest granddaughter’s face and said she was going to a wonderful place and just to make sure everyone came there. When she woke up near the end and found one of her daughters crying, she said, “Don’t cry for me. I am going to a fantastic place.”
While married, mom got dragged from one place to the other, from the hills of Kentucky where we had to use an outhouse to Illinois where Joanna was born in a hotel. Mom adapted and loved her children. My dad left when Susanna, the youngest, was 3. Mom became a single mom. It was difficult but she still showed her love to each one.
She expressed her love to people by the abundance of food she brought to potlucks and family gatherings .
Near the end of life, Mom was in constant pain. She had a flare up of COPD and CHF. She also had a heart valve that did not work right. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She will be missed by all who knew her, but even though we will miss her, we do not wish her back. She is free, and she is happy, and we will see her again. We love you mom, now and always.

Mama,I miss you every day. I love you so much. I was blessed to have you for my mother. I thank God for every day I had with you. I know near the end you hated to be a burden and apologized all the time, no matter how many times I told you you didn’t need to apologize. You took care of me when I was young, and you were always there for me. It was my turn. You were never a burden. You were a blessing, and I thank God, He gave you to me to be my mother. You were an amazing, gracious woman and the best mother ever. I was truly blessed. I will see you soon. I love you always. Your daughter, #2 of 9.

Mama, I love you so very much and feel a little piece of me is missing. I look in your Bible that you had personally underlined, and read the different chapters. It helps me feel closer to you as though I’m reading to you as I did, and as I hear you say just keep reading as I fumble on words. I’m so very blessed to have had such a beautiful and wonderful mama to teach about Jesus. It’s an honor to be your baby girl, and have had the chance to take care of you as you took care of all of us. My dalias are finally blooming, I know how much you love them. I find comfort with my sisters, and I know how much you wanted us to be together. I will continue to pray with my family, and promise I will see you and hug you again when my assignment is done here. I know that you are hugging on Sarah, Andrew, and Christopher and someday I will be hugging all of you too. I Love you more than any words could ever express. Love you bunches, your baby girl.
Our dearest sympathies and condolences. Beverly always brought a bit of light and happiness with her. Her smile made the day seem a bit better. She was a joy to have in the office. We are lucky to have been able to serve her and to know her.

You all have my deepest sympathy! The picture above is how I remember each of you even though I saw you all a hand full of times after this picture. Your mama was always full of hugs for all to enjoy! I know from my young age I admired her strength. My mom always loved how your mama took care of all you kids and talked about all of you often! At a very young age my mom had us memorize all your name to a little tune. I still recite this in my head when I see a picture. We had many adventures from Tami accidentally hitting Sarah with a Crochet Mallet in Grandma side yard to singing “Downtown” with uncle Mike on grandmas organ. Your mama was a special lady.
