George was a wonderful neighbor and friend when we lived at the Lakes in Gig Harbor. He was always a pleasure to be around and talk with…he had many wonderful stories and experiences to share. Please give my sincere condolances to Jan…the love of his life!
If George was born on Aug 13, 1038, he would have been 80 years old when he passed….not, 78!
We enjoyed many years of golfing with George. I especially
enjoyed his Sunday news letters. I always wondered where he got
So much information. We’ll miss you George
We will miss Georges Sunday ‘uplifts of the State of The World’ with his dry tongue in cheek. I spent my 40 year career about the same time as he did, and we often ran into each other at SeaTac, drank a lotta coffee and had good laughs.A good guy to know for sure, and I’ll miss him a bunch. Wish you all a Merrry Chrstmas and great New Year for 2019. If you toast George, please include me in, as I valued his friendship substantially. We were brothers during the good and bad times at the airdrome. RIP Geo, we had a good ride.

Almost every afternoon for several years George and I would walk around the lakes sharing our thoughts on every subject under the sun. It takes about 45 minutes to walk around the lakes but George knew everyone and we would stop to chat. Our daily walks took about 2 hours. George was a good friend and I will miss him.
