Sorry your not with us anymore Don, you will be missed. You had a quick wit and a TV anchor voice when you wanted to. Thanks for helping with our deck. RIP my friend.

Don Ekberg-
Life of good times…
So much history…
Mustard Seed days, fun at your Ames Lake homestead events, those football parties, Friends Thanksgiving (I still vote for the barbeque turkey), Halloween , 4th of July (blowing up cottage cheese and Jell-O-ok inside joke)…
Many thanks for being such a welcoming host along with your lovely wife Nancy. I so appreciate how welcoming and gracious you were to me and my daughters. Always. Good times which I thank you for and will always be grateful.
Hot rod to homeowner. That was fun when you it revved up for the last time. We have been through some changes during the years. Your kind words when I was in a difficult transition made all the difference. I really thank you for that.
Your skill set as a finish carpenter always amazed me. The caliber of elite homes you worked on was impressive. How awesome that was to see in the improvements you made in your own home.
How will I remember Don Ekberg…
Always smiling. That smile. That is what resonates with me when I think of…
Don Ekberg
May you rest in peace, all my love,
Carol Mickey
I am so very sad to learn of the passing of my God-son Donald so many years ago. He was a spunky fellow when I knew him. So sorry we lost touch. As I did the same with his parents Donald and Karen. His Dad was my cousin.
May he RIP
