Teri Kazaras passed from this world on June 26th, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was 101 years old.
The daughter of Greek immigrants, she was born on the kitchen table in the Bronx.A long time New Yorker, she called City Island, and later New Rochelle her home. She met her husband John Kazaras at a Greek Church dance and they had two children Michael and Joann. Teri was widowed in her early 40’s, and later in life married Dave Kavity who she spent many happy years with.
She relocated to Seattle to be near her son and his family, and enjoyed her last 25 years in her beloved condo in Kirkland, where she ran the show.

Her parting advice to us all was to love and care for each other, and to “Dump Trump”.
Many, many, thanks from the family to Evergreen Hospice for their care and support….especially Loren, Gwendolyn, and Issa.
