Susan Ann (McCrae) Boyd
Susan Ann (McCrae) Boyd of Seattle passed on February 13th at the age of 69. Susan was born in Seattle to Albert and Betty McCrae on September 12, 1946. Susan is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Byron, children Byron III, Alicia and grandchildren Mark, Lilia, Natalie, and her brother Dick.
She was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother and wife. Susan attended Ingraham High School in Seattle and had many friends in the Broadview area of Seattle where she grew up as well as friends and family throughout the US, Scotland and England. She is in our hearts as the loving and caring spirit of our family. May God bless her.

Sue’s soft, caring and patient countenance complimented a warm personality that said simply and tellingly, “I want to be your friend.” Her love for family was evident and special. There is no better way to be remembered than to be remembered warmly, and she will be.

Dear Bryon,
The untimely death of Sue was received with shock and much sadness. Please accept my personal and sincere condolences.
Sue will be profoundly missed and will always be the rainbow in our clouds. Our heart aches at your loss, but her legacy will always be with us. Her death should serve as a wake-up call for all us to accept the fact that a life lived believing, giving, caring and loving your family is the only life that really matters.
May the hope found in Gods’ word out weigh the grief the family feels? Please know that I am sadden by her departure but blessed with the fact of knowing Heaven has gained another angel.

Sue was an imp. A free spirit. With a twinkle in her eyes. A sweet, infectious laugh as often directed at herself as at others. A joy to travel with except for her sense of direction…which was as bad as my own. We usually arrived at our destination
