Hazel Neva Boyce Hamor
Hazel Neva Boyce Hamor, 98 of Lynnwood, WA went to be with the Lord on June 19th 2015 surrounded by her family. Hazel was born on August 20th 1916 in Aztec, New Mexico. Daughter of Ida and William Boyce. She attended school in Durango, Colorado. In 1935, she married Anthony Hamor. The couple had two children, Norene and Bill. She lived most of her life in Southern California and worked at Oroweat Baking Company. In 1976 Hazel and her husband moved to Washington State, where she lived until her passing. Hazel loved to camp, water ski, drive her motor home around the country, scuba dive, working in her garden, crafting, spending time with her family. She enjoyed traveling around with the Snohomish County Mounted Sheriffs Posse. Hazel belonged to the Seattle Seahawks booster club, she traveled around to watch the Seahawks in different cities. She was a true Seattle Seahawk and Seattle Mariner fan. Hazel was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Hamor. Hazel’s sweet spirit is carried on by her 5 generations of family. Her 2 Children: Norene/Don Lowery, Bill/Sally Hamor. Her 6 Grandchildren: Jerry/Denise Lowery, Steve/Jennifer Lowery, Mike/Tawnya Lowery, Billy/Lisa Hamor, Jeff/Wanda Lowery, and Kevin/Christina Hamor. Her 13 Great-Grandchildren: Justin, Ryan/Eryn Lowery, Toni/Tyler Duncan, Crystal, Ashleigh/Brennen Cornett, Tylor, Dylan, Sabrina, Nicholas, Brendan, Lucas, Cole, and Trevor. Her 7 Great-Great Grandchildren: Natasha, Hailee, Tre’Juon, Julianna, Haidyn, Halle, and baby Hazel. A Celebration of her amazing life will be held on July 25th 2015@ 1:00 p.m. 927 140th Street SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087. Services will be held on August 1st 2015 @ 12 O’Clock at New Hope Lutheran Church, Agoura Hills, CA. Interment: Green Hills Memorial Park, Ranchos Palos Verdes, CA.
