Walter L. Wolff

Walter L. Wolff was born in Frankfurt Germany on August 30th, 1932. In 1939-40 his family- Father-Bruno and Mother-Hilda Wolff moved to New York and then to Seattle WA. Walter attended T.T. Minor Elem, Meany Jr. High, and Graduated from Garfield High school in 1951. He met Marilyn Maletta and in 1953 they were married. They had two children, Steven and Heidi Wolff LaShelle( Lance and Grandchildren Luke and Lonna). After completing a teaching degree from the University of Washington he started teaching Jr. High in the Northshore District,(Kenmore) retiring after 25 years. After 43 years of marriage his wife Marilyn passed away. He remarried Rosalie Nordeen and added her sons, David(Sandra and Daughter Heather) Steven, Mark, and Michael(Renee) Nordeen to the extended family. Walter and Rosalie enjoyed many happy years as they traveled to wonderful places around the world and shared many memories together. Walter especially enjoyed the multi year visits to Ocean Shores to watch the waves and the sea life there. He pasted away at age 82 on June 21, 2015. A private service will be held.
