Paul was such a kind soul. Although we only spent time together a handful of times, he was always in good spirits and of good cheer. He will truly be missed by his family.
I know this is not an easy time for those he leaves behind, but he is now with Betty, smiling down on his family. I’m sure he was—and always will be—very proud of his children and grandchildren.

I remember the 1st time I met Paul. I was working at the Burgermaster at the University store. I had a disagreement with the manager and drove to the Bellevue store. When I talked with him he told me that he would love to have me but I needed to go straighten things out with the old manager. Eventually I was able to work with him. He spent time teaching me about how business works.
When I graduated from HIgh School I brought him a copy of my diploma which he hung in his office. He taught me life long lessons.
When I went to the Mill Creek Burgermaster he continued to teach me about the business.
Over the years we would talk and check in. He really was a good man at heart. Adam, we have never met but your dad would always speak so highly of you. Sending my condolences to you and your family.
Rest in Peace Paul.

God bless Paul( and his lifelong wife Betty ).
What a wonderful couple !! He will totally be missed by many, many people, not only for his genuine friendship but also for his singing ( and dancing ) talent !!!!!!!
He was once an Arthur Murray dance instructor and also
had been in ” barbershop quartet ” before karaoke days.
In later years he drove UBER, I think because he really
liked talking to all kinds of folks !! We know he is
chatting with Betty and many others as being in the
presence of the Lord.
Our family will miss Paul. Remembering Paul crossing the Puget Sound to Poulsbo to sing karaoke with our family enjoying Paul’s great singing with my late sister and my cousin in Poulsbo and Bremerton occasionally. I am so grateful to Paul giving me employment at the Bellevue Burgermaster when I was homeless living in my car. Paul later hired me as housekeeper for him and Betty, and Paul’s chauffeur for the Barbershop concerts. During Paul’s last few months we FaceTime’d with Paul during his lunchtime from Ubering… often catching Paul chowing down on a McRib with tons of yellow mustard rather than the standard BBQ sauce, LOL.
Paul is greatly missed by our family! He was a true and great friend to us.
