Shaina Bragiel-Collins
Shaina Bragiel-Collins, of Seattle, WA passed peacefully with her family by her side on January 22,2025.
She was born on January 15,1986 to Grant and Mary Bragiel of Lynwood, WA. Shaina accepted Christ as her Savior at a young age. Shaina married Shane Collins on May2, 2021. Shaina was able to give a final loving, selfless gift by donating both her kidneys.
Shaina was an amazing wife, daughter, granddaughter,sister,sister in-law, niece, co-worker and friend and cat mom. She cherished time with her family. Shaina loved Disneyland! She treasured her stuffed animals and slept with them surrounding her as a child.
Throughout her life her intelligence was obvious in her accomplishments; she always kept exceptional grades and was in advanced classes. She played the flute and was on the drill team in her teens and graduated with honors and attended the University of Washington. She worked for Macys for nearly two decades. Shaina was an amazing cat mom to her cats, Gizmo and Zoe. Shaina loved her Seattle Mariners, Seahawks and Huskies. In addition, she enjoyed playing Mario Cart among other video games and going to country concerts with her mother and husband.
She forever touched our lives and will always be remembered with love.
She is survived by her husband, Shane Collins of Seattle, Grant and Mary Bragiel of Lynwood. Brothers, Ricky and Bryan, cousin-sisters, Bekah and Sarah; Grandmother, Rose Bragiel, Uncles Mike, Dean, Ken (Selene), Jim and Tim, aunts and other cousins.
She was preceded in death by both grandfathers,one grandmother,her Aunt Karen and Bekah’s son, Seth.

We were very sorry to hear of Shaina’s passing. I hope in time you will find peace. A person is never really gone as long as you remember and speak of them.
