Brian Grant Fike, 52, died July 28, 2021 unexpectedly of a heart attack. He was born September 17, 1968 to Darrell and Joan Fike. After graduating from Carson City High school in 1985, Brian joined the military and served on active duty before going into the reserves. Brian attended Boise State University earning a BA in 1993. Brian continued his education through the University of Washington earning a MA in 2002.

Brian loved to travel and found love, marrying Nadya in 2011. Through their union Brian became a father to Nadya’s daughter Yana before they welcomed two girls: Dasha (2014) and Katya (2015). The love Brian had for his wife and daughters was larger than life; Brian was meant to be a Papa. Brain’s passing has left a huge hole in our lives. He will be missed.

Brian was proceeded in death by his mother Joan Fike. He is survived by his father Darrell Fike, brother Sean Fike; wife Nadya Fike and daughters Yana, Dasha, and Katya.

A Requiem mass will be held at the St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church August 11th at 11am with a military service at Tahoma National Cemetery on August 12th at 8:45am; a gathering of family and friends will be held following internment at noon at the Newport Hills Swim and Tennis Club 5464 119th Ave SE, Bellevue WA 98006.
