Merle Irving Masters
Merle Irving Masters born in Mulino Oregon passed away October 18, 2015 Merle was residing in Lynnwood Washington for the past 50 years. At the time of death Merle was living in Lynnwood at (A Kind Heart) Adult Family Home.
He was the son of Carl F. Masters and Alta Mae Knapp. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his ex wife Donna Morgan Masters who passed in April 2002, his brother, Earl Virgil Masters passed away in August 2015 and his sister Helen Irene Masters O’Neill in December 2012.
Merle was a Veteran of the United States Army and served on active duty in Germany from 1951 to 1953.
Merle was a good auto mechanic and could ride in a car and tell you what was wrong with your car “just with the feel of his pants!” He was good Dad, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He was also a jokester, and loved by many. Merle will be missed, but not forgotten.
He is surveyed by his two sons Virgil F. Masters & Wesley S. Masters both of Ellensburg, WA. And his three daughters Laverne D. Bean of Lynnwood WA, Teresa R. Ibarra of Clallam Bay, WA & Pamela A. Parry of Moseley, VA. Merle had 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren at the time of his passing.
A private service will be held by the family. Barton Family Funeral Service is assisting the Masters Bean family. The family would like to thank the Adult Family Home (A Kind Heart) for all of kind wonderful care they gave Merle (our Dad) these past four years.
