My experience as one of Dan’s employees spanned more than three decades. Dan was a dedicated hard worker, who lead by example, which is a real rarity in today’s world.

He was good at getting people to use out of the box thinking in order to come up with solutions for customers, and he would often go the extra mile while helping them. While he did expect a lot out of his employees, he was both fair, and willing to listen to their input, which is more than many can say about their employers.

A great number of people were positively impacted because Dan was here. He will be greatly missed.
