Friend, Mother-in-law, mentor, always encouraging and supportive in every way, understanding, generous with praise, reticent with criticism. How blessed I was to have you in my life, how grateful I am for the fine son you raised for my husband, how glad I am that you are free of bodily pain and suffering and living in the light of spirit … where I don’t know, but near, and loved.
